Job Description
- Oversee all phases of healthcare projects (renovations ground-up), from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Coordinate work in active healthcare environments while ensuring minimal disruption
- Maintain strict safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Healthcare or other complex project experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and organizational skills
- AVERAGE TENURE OF 3 YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
- $115,000 - $165,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
- $800/month vehicle allowance
- Gas card & toll tag
