Job Description
The Project Manager will report into senior construction leadership and will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple active ground-up multifamily projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary site leader, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
- Oversee 2-3 active ground-up multifamily construction projects simultaneously
- Drive site safety programs, inspections, compliance initiatives, and incident resolution
- Manage project schedules, milestone tracking, and timely delivery of construction phases
- Lead subcontractor performance management and coordinate issue resolution
- Monitor project budgets, cost controls, payment applications, and financial reporting
- Ensure construction quality standards are achieved through inspections and turnover processes
- Mentor and develop field teams while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager - Ground-Up Multifamily Construction we are seeking:
- 5 years of construction management or project management experience
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily residential projects
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame, podium, wrap, or large-scale apartment construction
- Demonstrated success managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and quality control processes
- Experience utilizing construction management software and reporting platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
