Job Description

  • Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.
