Job Description

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for mechanical and civil scopes on pump stations and treatment facilities
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, and jobsite logistics to maintain safety, schedule, and quality
• Oversee installation of piping, equipment, and structural/mechanical systems
• Manage documentation, inspections, and compliance with project specifications and owner requirements
• Partner closely with PM and PX teams to ensure cost control, productivity, and issue resolution
• Support start‑up, commissioning, and turnover of mechanical systems
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, inspectors, and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• 10 years of experience in mechanical or infrastructure/civil construction
• Strong background with pump stations, wastewater, treatment plants, piping, or industrial systems
• Experience in the Richmond or Southern Virginia markets preferred
• Will also consider backgrounds in transportation (WMATA, VDOT)
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage complex mechanical scopes
