Job Description
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating activities with external vendors.
- Scheduling and planning preventive maintenance for facility equipment.
- Performing repairs on injection molding machinery and other equipment as needed.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Supervising and allocate tasks and schedules for maintenance staff.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinating the installation of new machinery or equipment.
- Document, investigate, and report safety incidents in compliance with OSHA regulations.
