Description
- Support development projects across the full development lifecycle
- Assist with site acquisition, underwriting, and feasibility analysis
- Coordinate due diligence with consultants, architects, and engineers
- Support entitlement, permitting, zoning, and NYCHA coordination
- Track development budgets, schedules, and milestones
- Assist during construction with cost tracking and reporting
- Prepare materials for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings
- Conduct market research to support development strategy
