Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for large multifamily projects
- Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and daily field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company protocols
- Monitor project budget alignment and proactively address issues
- Maintain strong communication with project managers and stakeholders
- Drive quality control processes and project delivery standards
- Mentor and support junior field staff as a Lead Superintendent
- Represent the company professionally at job sites and client meetings
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
The Successful Applicant
- 15 years of experience with a general contractor
- Proven track record delivering multifamily projects over $60M
- Strong leadership and ability to manage large field teams
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on multiple large-scale projects
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Base salary up to $160K
