Job Description
The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on an active construction project
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain progress
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Partner closely with senior leadership and project teams on execution strategy
- Drive accountability across trades to meet milestones and deadlines
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA Will Have
- 4 years of experience for Assistant Superintendents; higher for Super/Lead roles
- Proven experience managing field operations on commercial construction projects
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors
- Willingness to be onsite in Stafford County, VA
