Job Description
The Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will:
- Manage daily on-site operations for ground-up construction projects to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and quality.
- Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on project status.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
