Job Description
- Serve as the Lead Superintendent running the project full‑time from the onsite trailer
- Manage all day‑to‑day field operations, sequencing, and site logistics
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedule and budget alignment
- Supervise subcontractors, inspections, and trade coordination
- Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and public‑work compliance standards
- Lead weekly look‑ahead planning and subcontractor meetings
- Utilize Procore for field reporting, daily logs, and documentation

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent - $45M Ground Up Project should have:
- 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up construction projects
- Strong background in public-sector or institutional construction preferred
- Proven ability to lead large, complex jobsites autonomously
- Experience delivering projects in the $30M range
- Strong communication and leadership skills with subcontractors and internal teams
- Proficiency with Procore
- Ability to commute daily to Bourne, MA; South Shore candidates strongly preferred
- Compensation up to $185,000, depending on experience
