The Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Build - Cape Cod will:
- Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage budgets and schedules.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.
