Description
- Supervise on-site operations: Oversee field labor, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety, and quality standards.
- Support project management: Assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost monitoring, and coordination of site logistics and inspections.
- Technical oversight: Provide interpretation of drawings, recommend construction methods, and manage testing and inspection efforts.
- Documentation & reporting: Prepare daily reports, quality and accident reports, and review subcontractor payment applications.
- Team & client relations: Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and partners; lead meetings, training, and mentoring for staff.
Profile
- 5-15 years of relevant K-12 construction experience
- Experience as a superintendent on 2 K-12 projects
- Proven experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
- Team leader with effective communication skills

- $125,000 - $150,000 base - dependent on experience
