Job Description

• Assist in preparing accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes
• Participate in bid walks, subcontractor outreach, and project handoffs
• Collaborate closely with senior estimators, project managers, and superintendents
• Learn our systems and processes with a clear path to becoming a lead estimator

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or a related internship/co-op
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or relevant experience)
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
• A team player who wants to grow into a leadership role
