- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes
- Participate in bid walks, subcontractor outreach, and project handoffs
- Collaborate closely with senior estimators, project managers, and superintendents
- Learn our systems and processes with a clear path to becoming a lead estimator
The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or a related internship/co-op
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or relevant experience)
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
- A team player who wants to grow into a leadership role
