Job Description

• Manage and oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Ensure all work aligns with quality standards and project specifications.

• Proven ability to manage construction projects in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.
