Job Description
- Junior Estimator with the ability and ambition to grow into an independent Estimator role
- Multifamily estimating experience is required

The Successful Applicant
- Assist with and prepare detailed estimates for multifamily projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing analysis

- Analyze subcontractor pricing, market data, and historical costs
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Finance
