Description
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all storage locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock.
- Lead cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation processes.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and demand planning.
- Manage inventory systems and ensure data integrity across ERP and warehouse management platforms.
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements, including returns and damaged goods.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for leadership, highlighting KPIs, risks, and recommendations.
- Work closely with 3PL partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Support sustainability and waste reduction initiatives through efficient inventory practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, demand planning, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience working with 3PLs and managing multi-channel inventory is a plus.
