Job Description

• Supervise and manage daily operations on concrete construction projects.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members.
• Train and oversee crew members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper use and functionality.
