Description

• Serve as the backbone of HR operations, supporting employees and managers with day‑to‑day HR needs.
• Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers on recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
• Support organizational development and change management efforts.
• Oversee HR compliance, OSHA awareness, and California employment law requirements.
• Manage HRIS systems, employee data, reporting, and documentation.
• Administer employee benefit programs including health, life, disability, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and open enrollment.
• Partner with site leadership and operations on safety programs and office management needs.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and a high level of internal customer service.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

• HRIS experience required.
• Benefits administration experience required; familiarity with payroll strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Healthcare, manufacturing, or similarly regulated industry experience a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Experience within the medical technology industry is a plus.
• HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.
