We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients team. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to support Human Resources operations in Redondo Beach.

Description

• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR functions.
• Provide support in onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Manage and update HR systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR-related matters.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• MUST speak Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
