Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for a $12M ground-up hotel project
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and project schedules
- Utilize Procore for meetings, documentation, drawing management, and project tracking
- Coordinate billing, subcontractor invoicing, back charges, and budget updates through Procore
- Serve as the primary onsite leader while collaborating with the Project Manager
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Hotel Superintendent Should Have
- Experience leading ground-up hotel construction projects
- Background with branded or chain hotel developments preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Procore project management software
- Ability to independently manage field operations with limited oversight
- Strong communication, organization, and subcontractor management skills
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base salary project bonus
