Job Description
- Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion
- Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $20M-$100M
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
- Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus
- Base salary: $100-130K, based upon experience
- All in package: $140k
