The Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $20M within a strong, $500M pipeline
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor's degree preferred in construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
- 5 years of construction project management experience within the education sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Having commercial/education experience.
- Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline.
- A non-jumpy candidate.
- Experience working with IPS
- Negotiating and relationship management skills.
- True leadership experience managing teams.
- Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
