The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of hands-on construction experience as a Superintendent
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once, ideally within healthcare or medical office environments.
- Consistent track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Solid knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Skilled in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with platforms like Procore.
- Thorough understanding of OSHA standards and safety management practices.
