Job Description
- Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and daily reporting

- Partner closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive
- Represent the business professionally with clients and trade partners
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent Should Have
- 5-15 years' experience as a Superintendent with stable career tenure
- Proven delivery of complex healthcare or life sciences projects
- Experience on hospitals, labs, ORs, or similarly technical builds
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Degree not required; practical site experience essential
