Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects for healthcare builds, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations and vision are met.
- Manage change orders and resolve construction-related disputes efficiently.
- Ensure projects meet quality control standards and align with company goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and personnel effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team development.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within the region.
- Competitive base salary between $105,000-$120,000 depending on project experience and skills
