They are currently experiencing steady growth and are seeking experienced project management professionals to help lead and expand their healthcare construction portfolio.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects for healthcare builds, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations and vision are met.
  • Manage change orders and resolve construction-related disputes efficiently.
  • Ensure projects meet quality control standards and align with company goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare or commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and personnel effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team development.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within the region.
