Job Description
- Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities for ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain schedule and productivity
- Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure work is executed accurately
- Maintain project schedules, daily reports, inspections, and punch lists using Procore
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve issues, and mitigate delays
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and local building codes
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with ownership, consultants, and inspectors

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Multifamily Superintendent Should Have
- 5 years of Superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Strong background in wood-frame multifamily developments required
- Proficient in Procore and comfortable leveraging technology for reporting and coordination
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, schedules, and trade coordination
- Proven ability to lead job site teams and maintain accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in the field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working on projects in New Jersey or the Northeast is preferred
- Competitive base salary between $120,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience
