Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end international payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with global and domestic tax laws.
- Handle international payroll processing, reconciliations, and auditing.
- Serve as subject matter export for international payroll procedures.
- Manage dual tax obligations and tax equalizations
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures for efficient operations.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Global Payroll Manager Should Have
- 5 years of experience managing payroll processes across numerous global entities (international experience is a must)
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working in a professional services environment or similar industry.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
