Description

The General Superintendent will be responsible for leading field operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across all phases of construction. The role is focused on projects within healthcare facilities, requiring a strong understanding of technical requirements and stakeholder coordination.

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and healthcare-specific construction requirements.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project goals and foster a positive working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and updates.

• Extensive experience as a General Superintendent in the construction industry
