Description
The General Manager will:
- Direct and manage daily operations to ensure seamless production and achievement of organizational goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Champion site safety programs, promoting safe practices and a strong safety culture among employees.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and minimize production waste.
- Design and implement training programs to maintain operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Assess staffing needs and optimize scheduling for maximum resource utilization.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to build a motivated, high-performing team.

Profile
A successful General Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Certifications in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
