Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all plant operations.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in molding or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
