Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for property construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure alignment between estimates and project goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and verify conditions.
• Monitor project budgets and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on project cost performance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance estimating practices.
