- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Identify and evaluate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support bid preparation and submission processes, including reviewing contractor proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain updated cost databases and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure adherence to the established budget and timelines.
