Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing engineering team across multiple product lines
- Set engineering priorities, budgets, and resource plans aligned to business objectives
- Drive improvements in throughput, scrap reduction, cost of goods, quality, and safety
- Partner with operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain on launches, transfers, and sustaining activities
- Oversee process validations, equipment qualifications, and engineering change activities
- Apply lean and data‑driven methodologies to improve manufacturing performance
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering within a regulated environment
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and OSHA requirements
- Expertise in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement
