Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations within food manufacturing processes.
• Oversee industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and ensure proper maintenance and safety protocols.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Drive innovation and process optimization across the department.
