- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
- Extensive background in construction leadership, ideally 10 years managing complex projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
- Demonstrated success overseeing project initiatives from concept through completion.
- Deep technical knowledge of structural systems, building materials, construction methodologies, and regulatory codes.
- Skilled in leveraging modern project management platforms and technology (such as Procore, MS Project, or comparable tools) to streamline workflows.
- Proven ability to maintain strict adherence to timelines and budgets while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with strong communication skills to engage both field teams and executive stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to active job sites across the portfolio as required.
