Job Description

  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for construction operations across all active projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams.
  • Establish and enforce company standards for safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and long‑term growth initiatives.
  • Oversee staffing plans, manpower allocation, and leadership development across the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key subcontractors.
  • Support preconstruction efforts including constructability reviews, budgeting strategy, and logistics planning.
  • Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Serve as escalation point for project challenges, contract issues, and client concerns.
  • Drive operational consistency while supporting expansion into new markets and sectors.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-20 years of progressive construction experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success overseeing commercial, healthcare, institutional, or mixed‑use projects.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Experience managing multi‑project teams across multiple locations or states.
  • High emotional intelligence with a team‑first leadership style.
  • Strong client‑relationship skills and executive‑level communication ability.
  • Deep understanding of ground‑up construction, renovations, and fast‑paced delivery environments.

What's On Offer

  • Base Salary: $145,000 - $185,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $165,000 - $220,000
  • Bonus Range: 15-30% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $900 - $1,500 per month
  • Equity or Profit‑Sharing: Potentially available depending on tenure and leadership scope
