Description
- Lead and direct major project delivery efforts from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships across healthcare, technology, and luxury residential sectors.
- Guide and mentor senior project managers and cross-functional teams to elevate performance and operational excellence.
- Play a central role in business development, pursuit strategy, and proposal development for new opportunities.
- Oversee financial outcomes, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, and project profitability objectives.
- Represent the company in industry forums and client engagements, shaping the firm's reputation and market position.

Profile
- Significant experience of progressive leadership experience in construction project delivery, with a proven track record as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent in high-performing general contracting or construction management environments.
- Experience with complex healthcare or technology projects (e.g., hospitals, research labs, data centers) and/or high-end residential construction is strongly preferred.
- Strong business development acumen and established industry relationships in the Bay Area construction market.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, driving profitability, and influencing project outcomes across diverse portfolios.
- Excellent communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
