Job Description

• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist employees with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Collaborate with the Technology department to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Support the deployment of new technologies and provide user training as needed.
• Identify opportunities for improving IT processes and contribute to their implementation.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge of IT systems, ticketing tools, and common operating systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
