Description
- Accurately process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including dividends, stock splits, and mergers.
- Monitor and reconcile corporate action notifications and entitlements.
- Ensure timely communication with custodians, agents, and counterparties regarding corporate actions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to corporate actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all corporate action events and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient workflows.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.

Profile
A successful Corporate Actions Consultant should have:
- Ability to commute 5 days onsite to Metro Park for 1st 3 months of training.
- Familiarity with mandatory and voluntary corporate action processes in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in banking and financial services.
