Corporate Actions Consultant

The Corporate Actions Consultant will be responsible for processing and managing corporate action events within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Description

• Accurately process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including dividends, stock splits, and mergers.
• Monitor and reconcile corporate action notifications and entitlements.
• Ensure timely communication with custodians, agents, and counterparties regarding corporate actions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to corporate actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all corporate action events and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient workflows.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.

Profile

A successful Corporate Actions Consultant should have:

• Ability to commute 5 days onsite to Metro Park for 1st 3 months of training.
• Familiarity with mandatory and voluntary corporate action processes in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in banking and financial services.
