Job Description
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from start to finish
- Coordinate Superintendents, subs, and vendors to keep work moving
- Lead client communication, progress reporting, and change management
- Drive safety, quality, and documentation across all phases
- Use tools like Procore/CMIC/Bluebeam to track execution
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of construction PM experience
- Exposure to light industrial and/or data center projects
- Proven budget ownership and schedule accountability
- Clear, steady communicator with clients and field teams
- Hands-on, growth-minded, and comfortable in a fast-hiring environment
Salary range: $100,000-$150,000
- 10% bonus target tied to performance
- $600 car allowance or company truck fuel card
- 3-5 weeks PTO, plus a firm 40-50 hour expectation
