Job Description
This Traveling Superintendent job will entail:
- Manage all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain project schedule and budget
- Lead daily site operations including logistics, sequencing, and workforce coordination
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes
- Maintain detailed project documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and schedules
- Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control to ensure work meets project specifications
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Mentor field staff and support the development of junior superintendents
- Travel nationally to support projects as required

Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up construction projects preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally for project assignments
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
- Experience working with subcontractors and managing field teams
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
