Job Description
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges proactively.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project status.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met throughout the project.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.
- Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to keep the project on track and within budget.
