Job Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve construction challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and site activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on-site.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site operations.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Ability to lead subcontractors, field staff, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with owners, clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
