Job Description
- Manage projects fromprecon through closeout (budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution)
- Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with superintendents and subs to drive schedule, quality, and safety
- Oversee change management, cost control, and reporting
- Handle projects in occupied/active environments with minimal disruption
- Ensure successful delivery of specialized scopes (labs, imaging rooms, lobby renovations)
The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing $2M commercial projects (interiors, healthcare, or higher ed preferred)
- Background in Class A office, MOB, or technically complex spaces
- Comfortable leading projects in active/occupied buildings
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to run multiple projects concurrently
- Solid communication skills with both field teams and clients
