Job Description

• Manage multifamily construction projects from planning to turnover
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams
• Partner with design, development, and field leadership to drive outcomes
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of work
• Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior construction leaders

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager Should Have

• 5 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects
• Background in wood‑frame, podium, or garden‑style developments
• Proven ownership of schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong communication style suited to fast‑paced, in‑office collaboration
• Willingness to be in the Cleveland office and on site regularly

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 base performance bonus

• Up to 20% bonus paid quarterly based on project results
