Description
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for multiple project types
- Estimate ground-up commercial projects up to ~$10M
- Support pricing and bidding for smaller TI projects ranging from $500K-$2.5M
- Assist with bid leveling, subcontractor scope review, and proposal preparation
- Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams to ensure accurate handoffs
- Participate in early budgeting and conceptual estimating efforts
- Maintain organized estimate files and documentation using Excel-based tools

Profile
A successful Construction Estimator should have:
- 3 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Ground-up construction estimating experience required
- Exposure to TI and renovation work preferred
- Life Sciences project experience is a strong plus
- Solid working knowledge of Excel (no advanced modeling required)
- Ability to work from a Waltham, MA office with hybrid flexibility
Job Offer
- $115,000-$125,000 base salary for a strong mid-level Estimator
- $90,000-$100,000 for a junior candidate
