Job Description

• Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges or delays proactively.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with all team members.
