Job Description
Construction Assistant Project Manager - Bristol, CT
- Support the Project Manager on all phases of ground‑up construction projects, from preconstruction through completion.
- Assist with contract administration including submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documentation.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and cost reports to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain progress and resolve issues.
- Participate in project meetings, site walks, and coordination reviews.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in project management software.
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor buyout, and materials tracking.
