Job Description

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential challenges or delays.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about project updates.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
