Job Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and complete quantity take-offs
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Assist in bid preparation and proposal submission
- Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams
